To heat, remove your FreezeSleeve from the storage bag and microwave for 30 seconds, then hold it firmly against the skin. Your FreezeSleeve should feel warm to the touch, not hot. Reheat in 10 second increments until desired temperature is reached. FreezeSleeve helps soothe sore muscles and aches by transferring the cold/heat to the affected area. | EASY TO USE Simply take FreezeSleeve out of the freezer or microwave, & slide it onto the treatment area for instant therapy. Always slide FreezeSleeve on with the wide end at the top; the black threading should be at the bottom. Sleeves are interchangeable between arms & legs.
